The HITH Society Australasia's 18th Annual Scientific Meeting, themed "From the Wilderness to the Mainstream", examines how acute care is being redefined outside traditional hospital walls — innovative hospital-in-the-home models, emerging technologies and multidisciplinary approaches to complex care. Held at the waterfront Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart, close to Salamanca Place, the conference explores the expanding scope of hospital-in-the-home services in complex healthcare environments.
