About this role
The Team The Hobart Community Health Nursing Service: Is based at Upper Statton Building, Repatriation Centre, 90 Davey Street, Hobart and delivers nursing care to clients in their homes in the cities of Hobart and Glenorchy, in nurse run clinics and in Glenorchy Ambulatory Care Centre.
