RACMA's flagship Annual Conference brings medical leaders, clinicians, executives and decision-makers from across Australasia together at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, themed "Performance Health Leadership on the Global Stage: Human Judgement. System Performance. Safe and Sustainable Care." The program explores how health leaders balance human judgement with system performance to deliver care that is both effective and sustainable, through plenaries, practical workshops and networking with RACMA members and non-members. Pre-conference workshops run Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October (additional cost), with the main conference on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 October. Key dates Early bird registration closes: Tuesday 11 August 2026 (save up to $200 on Full Member & Non-Member registrations) Run by the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, the specialist medical college for medical leadership and management across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific.
