About this event
The National Aged Care Provider Conference (NACPC26), themed "Rights and choice, every day: one year in", reflects on the first year of the rights-based Aged Care Act 2024 and Aged Care Rules 2025, with real-world implementation learnings from sector leaders and regulators. Held over two days at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the program includes plenary and parallel sessions, perspectives from older people and lived experience voices, practical implementation discussions across care settings, optional pre-conference workshops on risk and culturally safe care, and a conference dinner with a keynote speaker. Registration is free for registered aged care providers (residential care, Support at Home, CHSP, and the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program), with a maximum of two in-person representatives per organisation. Aimed at CHSP managers, supervisors, team leaders, board members, CEOs and senior managers.
