The Aged Care Catering Summit, themed "Meals that Matter: Transforming Foodservice in Aged Care", is a dedicated forum for aged care chefs, kitchen managers, dietitians, facility operators and executive leadership addressing compliance demands, workforce challenges and resident expectations in aged care dining. Held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, sessions cover nutrition reform implementation, texture-modified foods, malnutrition prevention, home care transitions, digital procurement technology and career pathways for culinary professionals, alongside product tastings and panel discussions. Pricing: $399 AUD (GST inclusive), including all education sessions, refreshments, lunch and access to the concurrent Food & Hospitality Queensland event.
