Registered & Enrolled Nursing

Nursing offers one of healthcare's clearest career ladders in Australia — from an Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification through to Registered Nurse (RN) practice, and from there into specialisation, education or leadership. Nurses work across hospitals, aged care, community health and government health services, with the setting often shaping which direction feels like the natural next step.
